The water purification using bio-sand filter is a nature-based solution where lake water, canal water and river water is purify using a natural process where oxygenated bacteria inside the mud vessel (NADI) eats harmful bacterial and virus. The idea is widely accepted in desert areas of Pakistan. The photo shown in the description is taken in Khipro City, Sindh Province Pakistan in 2021. The Khipro region is one of the desert city in the world. People living in the region are familiar and accustomed to the use of Bio-sand NADI filter. FAY Consultants is the expert in dealing with water purification. We develop Chemical Process Design for water purification.
