US Embassy in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire: Promoting Stability through Storytelling

Project Description

It is an open competition for organizations inside and outside of USA to submit application to build storytelling capacity of journalists and social media influencers for the campaign on peace and community cohesion in northern Cote d’Ivoire.

Eligibility

US Embassy in Abidjan invites applicants from the following category to apply for a project in Public Diplomacy section

·         Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations

·         Public and private educational institutions

·         For-profit organizations

·         Individuals

·         Public International Organizations and Governmental institutions

 

How to apply

1.       Go to the official site of the application

2.       Click on the “Related Documents” tab and download the zip file

3.       The Zip file contains the following documents

3.1   20240620 NOFO Promoting Stability Through Story Telling (NOFO Form)

3.2   SF424 Application for Federal Assistance Organization

3.3   SF424 Application for Federal Assistance Individual

3.4   SF424A Budget Information Non-Construction Program

3.5   SF424B Assurances Non-Constructive Programs

3.6   SF425 Federal Financial Report

4.       Fill all the form and application (Read NOFO form for the help)

5.       Write project proposal 10 pages maximum, for more information, read NOFO Form mentioned in 3.1 section, Page 3/12

6.       Write a project proposal on “Promoting Stability through Storytelling” and also consider public diplomacy

7.       You’ve to attach following documents with your application

7.1   1-Page CV or resume of key personnel who are proposed for the program

7.2   Letter of support from the program partner describing the roles and responsibilities of each partner

7.3   If your organization has a Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA) and includes NICRA charges in the budget, your latest NICRA should be included as a PDF file.

7.4   Official permission letter, if required for program activity

8.       Once all documents are ready and prepared, submit all of them to the following email


Organization based outside of USA and do not want to do business on site with the DoD should follow the instructions mentioned below

Step 1: Proceed to SAM.gov to obtain a UEI and complete the SAM.gov registration process.  SAM.gov registration must be renewed annually.
